Shipping & Returns

RETURNS

 

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect your return within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 - 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 - 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 - 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.



SHIPPING

 

We ship with USPS first class. Orders generally ship within 1-5 days of purchasing. We can not guarantee orders will arrive by a certain date.

You will automatically be sent an email with your tracking number when we are packaging your order. Sometimes it might take 1-2 days for us to get your package in the hands of the carrier but once your package is in their hands, the timeline can vary based on location.  If you do not provide your email address on the order you will not receive your tracking number.

Please note, once an order has been passed to USPS we are no longer responsible for the timeline or condition of the package. If you do not receive your order, your products are damaged, or tracking has stalled, please email TheShiningSkull@gmail.com with your order number and information so we can file a claim. Also, make sure to file a claim with USPS, as they are responsible for the completion of your delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we are not responsible for replacing the product. The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package if the tracking information says it was delivered or is in route to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.

If a package comes back as "undeliverable" or as "insufficient" or "wrong address," the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination.
